Returns & Exchanges Policy
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. This means you may request a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, undamaged, with any original tags or protective materials, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@fingieart.com with your order number and a brief description of your request. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, and other delivery-related charges are non-refundable where permitted by law.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@fingieart.com. We will evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Items that have been used, installed, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition
  • Final sale items, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@fingieart.com within 14 days of delivery. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide the next steps. Availability of replacement items may vary.
For the fastest processing, you may return the original item after approval and place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable laws.
As above, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, undamaged, with any original tags or protective materials, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase.
This right may not apply to certain custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
